Boersen-Zeitung – Eric Salmon & Partners - Frankfurt
Change of Generations at Eric Salmon
A change of management is pending at headhunter business Eric Salmon & Partners. Massimo Milletti, longtime president of the group, is handing over leadership to his two equally entitled successors: Sophie Wigniolle (52) from the Paris office and Raoul Nacke (45), Managing Partner Germany based in Frankfurt. In the future they will lead the company collaboratively.
According to Eric Salmon & Partners, Wigniolle joined the company in 1998. Between 2007 and 2015 she oversaw the Paris office as Managing Partner. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Sophie worked for 13 years in the banking sector, specializing in corporate business and investment banking with a focus on private equity. The German and Spanish national Nacke joined the company in 2008 and took over leadership in Germany in 2012. His focus is on clients from industry and consumer goods as well as private equity portfolio and family-owned businesses.
