Changes in the healthcare industry have strong implications for human resources management
The Healthcare Industry is going through severe changes across a variety of functional areas. In order to address the new challenges different competencies are required and need to be developed and strengthened internally or brought in from other industries. This has strong implications on human resources strategy as well as practices.
In particular, attractive and more flexible working models need to be established and teams need to become more diverse, especially as far as nationality, age and qualification background are concerned.
