I recognize that a start-up and a child are different but the feeling of not being able to shape their future beyond a certain point will not be pleasant. To relinquish control of the day-to-day running of the business you founded is one of the toughest decisions to take even if deep inside you know it is in the best interest of the company.
So how do you replace yourself?
