Tiziana De Nigris

She has developed significant expertise in the executive recruiting of creative and product talent, as well as C-level positions.

Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, she worked for Furla as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and People Care. Previously, she spent more than 20 years in executive search, where she was a consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates and Key2People, where she was a member of the European Branded Apparel and Dedicated Retail Practice within the Consumer sector. At Key2People, she contributed to the start-up of the fashion design practice.

In her earlier career, Tiziana worked at Value Partners (a McKinsey & Company spin-off) and Tasa International, where she served clients in the manufacturing and technology sectors.

Tiziana is an Italian national and is a graduate in Modern Languages from the IULM University of Milan. She speaks fluent English and French.
