Don’t pimp your ride: a Board and CEO guide to organising corporations for value, not hype.


Reorganisation discussions with Boards and CEOs usually revolve around digitalization, innovation, matrix reporting, customer centricity and global operating models. These are valid points that eventually must be solved.

Often though, adding a digital division or reorganising around a new regional structure creates hype and excitement, but fails to create lasting business value. That is, unless the core foundation of the organisation is solid.
