Nina Glass joined Eric Salmon & Partners in 2009 from Korn/Ferry International with a focus bridging Consumer, Industry and B2B services. An American who has lived in Europe for the past two decades, Nina’s speciality includes partnering with businesses in the UK and Continental Europe, North America and Greater Asia on a range of leadership development engagements, levering her 20 year corporate experience in general management, business strategy, sales and marketing and finance roles to support senior level search, organisational development, succession planning, change management and digital transformation efforts.
Prior to her joining Korn/Ferry in 2006, Nina’s career had been spent in the B2B services, financial and travel/hospitality/leisure sectors. Most recently she served on the board of AXA Sun Life as Business Development Director, having originally come to London in 1997 to join American Express Europe. There she was head of a ground-breaking international Partnership Marketing team with business arrangements spanning companies including Accor Hotels, British Airways, Costco, Harrods, METRO AG and Ticketmaster.
Nina spent her earlier career in strategic business roles with companies in America, including Burger King Corporation, where she worked on the worldwide growth strategy and MasterCard, where she developed loyalty programmes with Neiman Marcus, Barnes & Noble, Philips Electronics and Coca Cola. Her first years were with InterContinental Hotels Group and Sysco Foods in operational and marketing capacities.
A dual US and UK national, Nina holds an MBA in finance and operations from the Columbia Business School in New York and is a graduate of Tufts University in Boston, where she received a bachelor’s degree in economics and history.
