With 15 years’ experience in executive search, Alexandra has expertise in advising both large corporations and high growth companies, where digital transformation, technology enablement and rapidly evolving strategies are key themes.
Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Alexandra was a Partner with CTPartners and a member of the firm’s Global Digital & Technology Practice.
Alexandra spent 10 years in the US and began her corporate career with Hachette Filipacchi Medias in New York, concentrating on magazine launches and acquisitions. She then held several positions at Bertelsmann, first in corporate sales and marketing and also in the digital space.
Alexandra is French-Italian and graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
She is also a certified Executive Coach from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC).
