Neha Mongia

Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Neha was with Korn Ferry in London, where she was a key member of the Global Life Sciences Practice and the R&D Centre of Excellence. She led senior executive search and talent mapping assignments across life sciences and adjacent sectors, including consumer, bringing a strong cross-industry perspective on leadership and organisational effectiveness.

She has conducted leadership assessments for AI/ML initiatives within large pharmaceutical organisations and advised on operating model design and the definition of mission, vision and purpose.

Neha advises boards and senior executives on talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership risk. She is recognised for combining deep sector expertise with sound judgement and strategic insight, helping clients identify leaders who can navigate the intersection of scientific innovation, portfolio strategy and execution in complex, capital-intensive environments.

Before moving into executive search, she worked in management consulting, where she developed a strong foundation in structured problem-solving.

Neha earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) in Vienna, Austria. She also completed a study programme at Tsinghua University in China.
