Neha Mongia

Her work focuses on helping organisations identify, assess, and develop leadership capable of driving growth and transformation in increasingly complex and technology-enabled environments.

Neha advises boards and senior executives on talent strategy, succession planning, leadership risk, and organisational readiness, drawing on extensive market insight across the global life sciences sector. She specialises in R&D, commercial, and board-level appointments, with particular expertise in AI/ML and digital innovation. She is recognised for her ability to identify and assess leaders who can operate at the intersection of innovation, technology, and business performance.

Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Neha was part of Korn Ferry’s Global Life Sciences Practice and R&D Centre of Excellence in London. She led senior executive search and talent mapping engagements across life sciences and adjacent sectors, including consumer and technology, bringing a distinctive cross-sector perspective on leadership, talent, and organisational effectiveness.

Earlier in her career, Neha worked in management consulting, where she developed a strong foundation in structured problem-solving and strategic analysis.

Neha earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) in Vienna, Austria. She also completed a study programme at Tsinghua University in China.
