Qais Felix El-Chami

Qais has over 12 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, focusing on the Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Aerospace & Defence sectors. He excels in filling key leadership roles and driving innovation and operational excellence within large and medium-sized companies. Over the past 8 years, he has focused on senior positions in General Management, Operations & Production, and Supply Chain & Procurement.

Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Qais was a Director of Industrial, Engineering & Logistics at another international search firm. Previously, he was a Senior Business Consultant in Executive Search in Mexico City, where he led the Logistics & Construction team, overseeing team performance, client advisory, and executing search projects. He began his career at Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc., supporting critical research and identification assignments.

Qais holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, graduating with distinction, and a BSc in European Economic Studies from the University of Bamberg. He is fluent in German, English, and Spanish, with basic knowledge of Arabic and French.
