He works mainly with European and Asian clients on CEO succession and leadership transformation projects. Making the links between business strategy, organisational model and leadership bench, he regularly helps companies select and grow talent, suited to successfully deliver results despite an ever-changing environment.
Working across industries, he provides guidance to boards and chief executive officers about how to build and develop leadership teams in order to mitigate the risk of leadership failure. He is an expert in industrial (including automotive OEM and Tier1) and consumer goods.
One of Raoul’s core activities is to advise medium-sized companies, both family and private equity owned, on governance and CEO succession planning.
Raoul is a German and Spanish national. He graduated in Business Administration from Frankfurt University/Universidad Complutense de Madrid (MBA equivalent).
