Simone Maggioni

He previously served as partner at Spencer Stuart, where he led the Global Industrial Practice. He managed the Belgian office for 10 years, advising international clients especially in the automotive and industrial sectors.

As European Leader of the Family Business Practice, he focused his activity on succession planning, transition to the next generation and the construction of a balanced board of directors in family businesses.

Before moving into the executive search industry, Simone was VP Sales & Marketing of C.F. Gomma, an Italian automotive company. Before that, he spent five years in the US as Partner of a regional consulting firm that specialised in M&A, with a special focus on automotive.

He started his career as a research and teaching assistant in economics at Bocconi University, also collaborating on the creation of the first business school in Russia.​

Simone graduated in economics from Bocconi University and obtained an MBA degree from the University of Michigan. He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
