With a career spanning 17 years in executive search, Pierre has placed numerous senior leaders on the global stage. This extensive experience has afforded him a profound understanding of the challenges faced by leaders in higher office, a nuanced insight into corporate culture intricacies, and a keen awareness of the dynamics that shape successful teams. Notably, Pierre held leadership roles, including spearheading the Insurance practice in Singapore for Heidrick & Struggles, and contributing to the growth of financial services boutiques in both Europe and Asia.

Educated in the UK, Pierre pursued his studies at the University of Edinburgh and Taiwan Normal University. He is bilingual in French and English, conversant in Italian and Mandarin. Furthermore, Pierre is an ICF certified executive coach and certified team coach. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a dedicated qigong teacher, and an avid meditation practitioner.
