Adrian Thomas

Prior to joining the business, Adrian worked for a leading organisational strategy and executive search firm, for VC and PE-backed clients. As a Partner of the firm and member of the senior team, he was responsible for leading teams and project mandates end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence throughout. Alongside this, Adrian was involved in driving business development and strategic initiatives, account management, and setting up and running part of the L&D function.

Previously, Adrian worked with clients in the early-stage software, technology and high-value/precision engineering sectors, with a leading HR Consultancy, that was subsequently acquired by the Adecco Group. He joined the business from a boutique executive search firm serving the management consulting and technology services sectors.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth and a Master of Arts degree in Business & Management from European Business School.
