Cyril is a leadership advisory consultant and executive coach who helps clients in their collective and Individual journeys towards greater effectiveness and fulfilment. Cyril specializes in supporting leadership development, succession planning, and cultural transformations in disrupted sectors, such as mobility, industry and technology.

With 15 years of experience in consulting and executive search in those sectors, Cyril has a proven track record acquired at Eric Salmon, other search firms and McKinsey & Company, where he served large global clients for 6 years. Cyril also has entrepreneurial experience as a founder of a tech-enabled talent development platform for young executives.

Early in his career, Cyril worked at Renault and Nissan in purchasing, where he focused on developing the first common platforms between the two companies.

Cyril is a French national and graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (X) and the IFP School (MSc in economy, specializing in mobility and energy).

Certified Co-Active and ICF Coach, ORSC trained (systemic coaching), Psychometrics and 360°C tools.
