Elena Bagayeva

Her focus areas include searches in the digital technology and industrial practices. She works with technology companies ranging from early stage start-ups to established players across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Elena spent two years in Singapore with Human Capital Search, an international executive search firm focused on natural resources & commodities, which was recognized by leading commodity players globally. She completed more than 30 global C-suite & senior functional searches for major commodity trading houses, LNG and oil companies based in Asia Pacific.

Prior to her career in executive search, Elena was in metals and mining, and worked in investment banking for eight years.

Elena graduated with a BA Linguistics degree from the State University of International Relations, Almaty, Kazakhstan and has an MBA degree from the University of Wales, UK.
