Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Karolin was a Member of the Management Team in an industrial environment and in charge of all HR-related topics.

She is always able to put herself in her clients´ shoes and to think outside the box. Karolin can find pragmatic as well as creative solutions even for tough and time-sensitive goals.

Karolin embraces discipline and high standards for both, her work and herself. She cares for people and their needs and always tries to get the best out of a situation. Her curiosity about people and cultures enhances her interpersonal skills and her flexibility to move very comfortable on different levels.

Karolin earned a Bachelor of Professional HR Management and is a Qualified Management Assistant for Human Resources
