Raoul Nacke

Raoul’s expertise centres on supporting Private Capital Owners- primarily international family businesses and investment vehicles, and mid cap private equity portfolio companies- particularly during transformation phases when organisational structures, roles and leadership frameworks require redefinition.

Raoul personally leads each engagement, working in close partnership with stakeholders as a discreet sparring partner. He is used to simplifying complexity, clarifying  strategic options, and providing decisive guidance to ensure leadership decisions are both rigorous and future-oriented.

As former Chief Executive Officer of Eric Salmon & Partners Group (2017 -2024) and long-standing shareholder, Raoul combines the perspective of an advisor with the entrepreneurial insight of a business leader. His work is grounded in sound judgement combined with rigorous data analysis and an international network cultivated over decades.

Raoul holds dual German and Spanish nationality.  He earned a degree in Business Administration through a joint program at Frankfurt University and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a qualification equivalent to an MBA.
