Steffen has more than 12 years’ experience in executive search and leadership advisory. With an international focus, Steffen Ehrke has specialized in filling corporate functions and key leadership roles in large and medium-sized companies, with a particular focus on Industrial, Consumer Goods, (Wholesale) Trade and retail both in the B2B and B2C sectors.

He has performed a wide range of consulting and search engagements in his markets, including most levels of functional and general management roles. For the past 5 years, his work has focused on positions that transform go-to-market strategy under the influence of a multi-channel approach including eCommerce.

Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Steffen was Partner & Director at a leading global executive search company, where he was responsible for building, leading and developing a team in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Excellence.

He started his career at Egon Zehnder in parallel to his academic studies, after graduating with an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bahn (Schenker) as logistics merchant.

Steffen is a German national and holds a bachelor’s degree in business psychology from Hochschule Fresenius Wiesbaden/University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
